This multifunctional complex is located at the institutional and commercial centre of Ottawa, at the corner of Rideau Street and Sussex Drive. Situated on the same axis as the American embassy and adjacent to the prestigious Chateau Laurier, this building occupies a major site on the ceremonial route of the national capital.

The project addresses the objectives of the CCN and the City of Ottawa to revitalize the city centre by introducing a residential component amidst the business and commercial functions, and contains 70 residential units arranged around communal functions and the upper-level exterior garden. A variety of housing types are proposed, ranging in size from one to three bedroom units on lower floors, to large apartments and two-storey penthouses on the upper floors. At the street level, restaurants and boutiques are located on the generous plaza that fronts Rideau Street.
