This prestigious complex, houses the Montreal Symphony Orchestra Hall, the Conservatory of Music and Dramatic Arts of Montreal, and Government offices. The Conservatory adjoins the OSM, related directly to it through program and function, and expresses the synergies that will enrich both institutions. The Government offices are housed in an emblematic tower and are comprised of two wings separated by a central atrium. Commercial spaces and a multipurpose space on the ground floor animate the adjacent streets and the Festival Plaza. The project offers a fifth façade, a green roof visible from the surrounding towers. This green plane replaces the green space removed by the construction of the complex.
